Welcome to Gifify Studio. By using our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Gifify Studio is an iOS application that allows users to convert video files into animated GIFs, trim videos, and create memes with text overlays.
Gifify Studio operates on a freemium model. Free users are limited to three (3) exports per day. To unlock unlimited daily exports, users may purchase the "Lifetime Pro" version via an in-app purchase.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and managed via RevenueCat. Once a purchase is completed, your "Pro" status will be applied to your account/device as per the terms of the Apple App Store.
Purchases can be restored on your devices at any time using the "Restore Purchases" button in the app. Refunds are handled directly by Apple in accordance with App Store policy.
You retain all ownership rights to the videos and GIFs you create using Gifify Studio. You are solely responsible for the content you import, edit, and export. By using this app, you represent that you have the right to use any media you upload.
Gifify Studio does not claim any ownership over your content.
You agree not to use Gifify Studio to create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise violates any laws or regulations.
Gifify Studio is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gifify Studio and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the application.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
